What we are reading…

Security hut set ablaze in Parliament SquareThis is a quiet time on the blog, with most of our contributors preferring to spend time in front of home fires rather than those lit on Parliament Square. To fill in some of the empty space on the blog, we want to run a series over the holidays on what we are reading…. These are short texts taken from authors who we think can contribute to critical (legal) thinking and to an understanding of the current situation as a whole. It should be emphasised that they come from the work some of us are doing at the moment and should not be seen as representative of critical (legal) theory as a whole.

If you have excerpts from critical theory (legal or otherwise) that you have found interesting or useful, please send them on to us (ideally the full text of what you are suggesting as we will not have access to libraries, and a reference).
